The email directing your next steps should arrive shortly to the email address that you used when placing your order.
If you have trouble with your order, or you don’t receive the email, please email me with the full names and birth dates you want to use for your report, and double check for accuracy so I can email your report right away.
I can usually get your readings e-mailed to you within the hour, but I do prepare them by hand, so if you are ordering from outside of the US, or in the middle of the night, you will receive your report first thing in the morning (MY morning :-)). I am in Arizona, which is Mountain Standard Time – business hours are: M-F, 9am to 5pm (and whenever I check my mail outside of those hours).
If you have strong email filters, sometimes the emails with links or attached PDF reports get filtered into ‘Junk’ or ‘Trash’ because they include a link or attachment. Please check your ‘junk’ and ‘trash’ folders if you have not received your report within an hour during my working hours and email me so that I know to send it again.
