Help! I purchased a report but I didn’t get the email with the next steps!

These days it’s hard to tell which emails your ISP will allow through and which ones it “protects” you from by filtering it to junk or trash. (Yet you probably have 300+ junky sales emails allowed in your inbox at the same time! Sigh). Have no fear though, where there is a will, there is a way!

Email me to let me know and in the same message include: the full Birth Name and Birth Date information that you want to use for your report. If it’s a Soul Mate Synergy report, be sure to include the full names/birthday information for both people. Double check that everything is accurate. I will then produce your report, and send it as a nicely formatted pdf to the email address you placed your order through.

Sometimes I am sure there are Gremlins playing tricks on us… But they won’t thwart our mission either! The solution is the same as above. Email to let me know and be sure to also send the names/birthdate information so I can produce your report and send it as a lovely PDF. Please be sure to double check the names and dates for accuracy.

Help! I sent names/birthdates with an error, so the report you sent is incorrect. Can I have another chance to get it right?
