Help! I purchased a report but I didn’t get the email with my report link!

These days it’s hard to tell which emails your ISP will allow through and which ones it “protects” you from by filtering to junk or trash because of the link to create your report inside.. (Yet you probably have 300+ junky sales emails allowed in your inbox at the same time! Sigh). Have no fear though, where there is a will, there is a way!

1) Email me (either through an email from me that did get through – possibly my welcome email or the Paypal confirmation email or here on this site). Just let me know you didn’t get the email with the link and I’ll send you a fresh link right away.

2) Email me to let me know and in the same email include: the full Birth Name and Birth Date information that you want the report for. If it’s a Soul Mate Synergy report, be sure to include the name/birthday information for both people.  I will then produce your report and save it as a nicely formatted pdf and send it to your email address. That’s the way I’ve done it for the past 15 years, so if New School doesn’t work for us, we can do the old “tried and true” method 🙂

Help! I got the email with the link in it but when I clicked it I got an error message!

Sometimes I am sure there are Gremlins playing tricks on us… But they won’t thwart our mission either! The link to your report is a one-time use link, but it might happen that some behavior (maybe double-clicking the link?) can make it think that it’s already been clicked. The solution is the same as above. Email to let me know and I can send a fresh link OR I can produce your report and send it as a lovely PDF. Just be sure to include all of the necessary Name/Birthday info I’ll need 🙂

Help! I entered something into the report form wrong and it wouldn’t let me go back! Can I have another chance to get it right?

Of course! Mistakes happen and my #1 priority is that you get your accurate report.  The solution is the same as above 🙂 Email me and I can either send a new link or send me your info and I’ll create your report and email it to you.
